What is Dominant CZ?Dominant CZ is a genetics company based in Czech Republic, Europe. They have been a supplier of hardy and productive poultry based on European Heritage Lines since 1989. This is not the name of the chicken.The company utilizes natural breeding selection (without the use of GMOs) to produce uniform breeds of chicken based on European Heritage Lines such as Rhode Island Red, Rhode Island White, Sussex, White Leghorn, Brown Leghorn, and Barred Plymouth Rock.Dominant CZ's genetic program is science-based to ensure that the quality of breed lines is good and productive.By means of correct genetic selection, Dominant CZ is able to cherry-pick hardy and productive chickens that can thrive in hot environments and on regular types of feeds. They are also suitable for free-range farming conditions.The genetics expert of Dominant CZ was able to produce auto-sexable lines at the Certified Parent Stocks (PS) or Breeder level. The sex of the breeders are determinable from the first day of hatch.All Dominant chicks are uniform in color, feed efficiency, and performance — if taken cared of and fed properly.

What is free-range poultry farming?Free-range farming is a method of poultry farming wherein the poultry are allowed to roam in a netted, open area for at least 6 hours every day.They are also fed commercial and supplementary feeds for productivity. F1 chicks are recommended to be raised in free-range conditions as this adds value to their production of meat and eggs. Their eggs can be sold for a higher price compared to commercial eggs because of their "free-range" value.I want to become a Certified Dominant CZ Breeder Farmer. Important reminder for all those who will be attending or have attended the seminars:The seminars were NOT created for breeder orders.The seminars have been conducted by Doc Erwin since 1997 and he has travelled to all corners of the Philippines long before the distribution of parent stocks. The completion of the seminars only became a requirement for breeder order 3 to 4 years ago because our entire team saw that many farmers were making errors in their breeding - wasting their money and investments because of this - because they did not know or had incorrect knowledge regarding the breeding program. The requirement of the attendance to seminars for the availing of parent stocks is for the mutual protection of the program, breeder farmer, F1 farmer, entire community of smallholder free-range poultry farmers, and for the genetic supplier. Ever since the completion of the seminars became a requirement, there have been so many successful breeder farmers nationwide who have helped in their own communities.The seminars were created to create awareness and have a better understanding of Doc Erwin's program. After understanding the program, then you can decide if the program is for you, if you can follow the program, if you are committed, and what type of farming is best for you. Decide only once you have understood the program.You should not enroll in the seminars if your only purpose is to be able to avail of PS breeders - this is wrong and this is not what the program advocates. The farmer must understand and identify the direction that they need to decide on what kind of farming they will do - regardless if this is breeding or free-range chicken production.
